Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY:

• In stock items may take 2-4 business days to be processed before shipping. 
• All orders $120+ qualify for free shipping. No code needed.
• Free shipping offer available on orders of $120 or more after all discounts applied. Qualifying $120 amount must be obtained prior to the taxes being applied to total. Discount applied at checkout. Offer is subject to change and/or end without notice.
• Items that are not in stock or Pre-order items may take 10-14 days. If backordered, it may take another 14 days.

• TEENYGOMY is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If the customer provides incorrect address, customer is responsible for further needs.

 

RETURN POLICY:

• Orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a store credit ONLY. A $8 return shipping fee will apply.

• Products must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unworn.  We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear and/or do not meet the criteria above.
• Products marketed as Final Sale can not be returned or exchanged.
